Good product - excellent insulation, decent capacity. Awkward placement of the straw - it's hard to get my mouth in there. The bottle is bigger in diameter than I expected; it won't fit into the (rather large) pocket on my backpack. I'm going to keep it, but may also get another that's a bit narrower and will fit in the backpack pocket. The phone holder is a nice touch!

Very cute! Ordering three more colors! Super soft & pleasant for skin! Color is much better than in picture. Will present to my daughter and grand daughter. Knitting is delicate and proper. Highly recommended

I needed 10 snap fasteners and ordered 10, unfortunately I only got 8 usable ones (see photo). But 8 pieces are fine. Thanks Joom, everything is sorted and I'll order another pack.

It comes loose and then bends on the way. I have it down in weight to see if it straightens out. If Lisa is not there it is super difficult to occupy.

It's OK, but it looks cheap and only very thin photos fit in it, but it was well protected with foil

The noise is a little strange, but overall it's okay.
