HKS FineTune V-Belt/6PK2075 24996-AK030 Fan Belt Engine Belt

Fine Tune V Belt [Reinforced V-Belt] The "Reinforced V-Belt" is a tuning part for your engine bay. It enhances your vehicle's appearance while maintaining its condition with the latest technology.

■Features By incorporating cutting-edge technology, the following benefits are achieved: High-temperature durability effectively counters engine bay temperature increases caused by tuning. Low-temperature durability is effective for applications in cold climates. Lightweight and highly abrasion-resistant, it does not require excessive tension and reduces noise by reducing vibration. Its lightweight design also responds well to rotational fluctuations, providing not only effective noise reduction but also highly efficient transmission capabilities. *The back features a blue base with an HKS logo design. ・The blue used in HKS intake hoses allows for a complete engine bay coordination. ・The color-fast nylon canvas ensures colorfastness. ・The HKS logo, product name, and belt length are also printed.

■ Performance Advantages of EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Rubber) This rubber compound offers improved performance over conventional V-belt materials in a wide range of areas, including high-temperature durability, low-temperature durability, and abrasion resistance.

It has the lowest specific gravity of any material used in conventional V-belts, resulting in a lighter weight.

By incorporating short fibers into the ribbed rubber, it delivers benefits in every aspect not found in conventional belt materials.

Performance Comparison with Standard (Based on in-house testing; results may vary by model) ・High-Temperature Durability: 4x ・Low-Temperature Durability: 10x ・Abrasion Resistance: 30% Increase ・Weight Reduction: 17% ・Noise Reduction: Reduced 86 ZN6 FA20 Model Year: 2012/04- BRZ ZC6 FA20 Model Year: 2012/04-
