Formthotics Football Dual XXS Sports Insoles for Soccer and Baseball - Ultralight - Lime/Charcoal

[Sports Insoles Born from Medical Use] Developed in New Zealand, a leading country in podiatry, Formthotics sports insoles have a 35-year sales record in 30 countries worldwide. They feature industry-leading ultra-lightweight design, the use of Formax, an advanced material that provides high shock absorption, and heat-molding technology that gradually conforms to the sole of your foot with use.

[How Many Grams Do Your Current Insoles Weigh?] The Football Dual in size M (26cm-27cm) weighs 18 grams. Its lightweight design enhances performance without interfering with the function of your cleats.

[Molds to the "Shape" of Your Foot] Based on your body temperature, weight, and flexion/extension pressure, the insoles heat-molde to the optimal shape for running within about two weeks. Furthermore, they can be heat-molded repeatedly by reheating with a hairdryer, etc. Because they precisely fit your foot, they also support chafing, arch support, heel cup, and reduce stress on the knees.

[Who Choose Football Dual?] Recommended for sports involving a lot of vertical and horizontal footwork, such as soccer, futsal, baseball, rugby, and American football. This type offers superior vibration absorption compared to the Football Single in the same series.

[How to Use] The special Formax material molds to your foot shape using your body temperature and weight over approximately two weeks. Start with a few hours a day and gradually increase the usage time.
