Gemstone Halo Lamp - Zen Body - Rose Quartz

A black circular frame holds a ring of raw rose quartz, each piece lit from within so the stone glows in soft peach and pale pink against the dark metal. The open centre lets the room show through, which makes the lamp feel more like a piece of sculpture than a light fitting. It suits a shelf, sideboard or bedside table where you want a low, warm point of glow in the evening.

What you'll notice

The quartz pieces are left rough, so each one catches the light differently, with cloudy patches and clearer, more translucent edges.

The colour reads as warm blush rather than bright pink once lit, a gentle tone that sits well with wood, linen and soft furnishings.

The open ring is the defining shape: a simple circle that frames whatever sits behind it, whether a wall, a plant or a window.

The black frame keeps the focus on the stone, and the round base sits low and steady beneath it.

With the light off, the raw pink stone still holds the eye as an object in its own right.

Iron and gemstone, built to be seen

The lamp pairs an iron frame and base with natural rose quartz set around the inner edge of the ring. Because the quartz is natural and left in its raw form, no two lamps are identical: the size, shape and shade of each stone will differ slightly from the one in the photograph. The cable runs from the base, and the lamp is intended to be placed on a flat surface and plugged in.

Living with it

Think of it as ambient light rather than task lighting. It adds a quiet glow to a corner, a reading nook or a bedroom, and it works well as an evening lamp for winding down. Place it on a stable, dry surface away from the edge, and keep the cable tidy so it is not pulled.

These lamps typically use a small bulb inside the base, and the exact bulb type, whether one is included, and the plug fitting (UK three-pin or EU two-pin) can vary, so it is worth checking the listing and the box when it arrives. A bulb that gives off gentle warmth will make the lamp feel warm…
