Diaphragm Pump 1.3GPM 100PSI Intermittent Duty Industry Standard Mounting Pattern 2 Chamber Diaphragm Pump

Fitment: Diaphragm pump is applicable to pressurized water supply for motorhomes and yachts, electric spray, cleaning machines, heaters, drinking fountains, equipment, distillation equipment, conventional industrial support, and any other pressurization system. Excellent Performance: The internal diaphragm of this diaphragm pump is made from TPV, and the valve is made from EPDM rubber, which greatly improves the working efficiency and stability. The diaphragm pump runs at a constant speed with low noise, providing with a quiet experience environment. Practical Operating: The diaphragm pump is a 12V pressure diaphragm pump, which can absorb and discharge liquid by changing the volume depending on the back and forth agitation of the internal diaphragm, and has a self priming function. Item Type: Diaphragm pump Working Voltage: 12V Maximum : 1.3GPM Stop Pressure: 100PSI Default Water Inlet and Outlet Connector: 3Celsius8in Hose Connector Pressure : Power off of Pressure Maximum Temperature Withstood: 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) Suction Lift: 6 Feet (1.8 Meters) Working Mode: Intermittent Working (Different Continuous Working Time Under Different Working Pressure) Fitment: Diaphragm pump is applicable to pressurized water supply for motorhomes and yachts, electric spray, cleaning machines, heaters, drinking fountains, equipment, distillation equipment, conventional industrial support, and any other pressurization system. Note: 1. The pump can be installed in any position. If installed vertically, the pump head should be in the downward position to avoid leakage into the motor housing in case of failure. 2. The inlet hose must be at least a reinforced hose with an inner Diameter of 3Celsius8in (10mm). The main distribution pipeline at the pump outlet shall also have an internal Diameter of 3Celsius8in (10mm), and the internal Diameter from the branch and independent supply pipeline to the outlet shall not be less than 3Celsius8in (10mm). 3. After installation, check the voltage of pump motor. Check the voltage when the pump is running. The pump motor must always be supplied with full voltage. 4. Do not apply inlet pressure exceeding 30 PSI. In general, try to avoid any inlet pressure. 5. Connect the system with high pressure (twice the pump rating) and flexible pipes to minimize vibration and noise.
