Temperature sticker usage tips: Label color: green - current temperature / blue - lower temperature / brown - higher temperature Please determine the position before posting. It will be damaged if you tear it off after posting Avoid water and soaking (if posted on the bottle, rinse it quickly and dry it immediately when washing) Please avoid direct sunlight Do not place it in an environment above 50°C Error ±2°C

When using a fermentation tank to make starter, the amount of flour should not exceed half of the capacity of the fermentation tank, that is, the height of the flour in the tank should be less than half of the height of the tank body. This is to prevent the lid from opening and overflowing due to expansion during the fermentation process. Please understand that the product size is manually measured and there may be deviations.

Fermentation requirements for sealing Fermentation does not require an anaerobic environment Yeast can reproduce under aerobic or anaerobic conditions. The container does not need to be completely sealed. The lid only needs to isolate the bacteria in the air to prevent other bacteria from invading and destroying the growth environment of the yeast. Fermentation gas production requires stirring and ventilation Yeast will continue to produce gas during fermentation. During the cultivation period, the lid should be opened frequently for stirring and ventilation to discharge the carbon dioxide produced by yeast fermentation, and then the lid should be re-closed. Slow ventilation of small air holes reduces the risk of explosion This product has a certain degree of sealing. There are small air holes in the sealing ring. There is a certain amount of air exchange inside and outside the screen, which can just allow the gas produced by fermentation to be released slowly and continuously to avoid explosion. If the bottle is too sealed, when the fermentation of the yeast reaches its peak, the air pressure in the tank increases, and there will be a certain risk of explosion.

Precautions: (white lid fermentation bottle) Before pressing the lid, please hook up the buckle plate, and then press the buckle plate down and cover it tightly after closing; During the process of cultivating the fermentation liquid, the gas emission reaches a peak at a certain stage, and the bottle cap will be lifted up. At this time, please lift the buckle plate to allow more space for the gas to be discharged.

Note : 1.Manual Measurement: The product is measured by hand, so there may be slight discrepancies in size. 2.Color Variations: Due to different photography methods and lighting conditions, the product's color may slightly vary from the images shown.
