AM Signal Radio Aviation Band Receiver Diy Kits High Sensitivity Air Band Aircraft Tower Calls VHF Antenna Electronic Kit Features: 1. Generally used to receive calls between aircraft and towers. With good antenna performance, the maximum range is 190Km. 2. Equipped with bandpass filter, adopts 3355 high-power amplifier, CD7358 high-power amplifier + mixing solution. 3. Supports AM mode, covering the 118-136MHz aviation band frequency range. 4. PCB printed inductor routing design simplifies the assembly process. 5. Built-in AGC circuit and squelch function to ensure a more comfortable listening experience. Product Introduction: This product is dedicated to receiving calls between aircraft and towers. With good antenna performance (VHF segment Yagi antenna), it can receive calls between various types of aircraft and towers within about 190Km in an open area. Please pay attention if you like it. The kit adopts bandpass filter, 3355 high-power amplifier, CD7358 high-power amplifier + mixing, MC1350 medium amplifier solution, which can receive 118-136MHz AM signals. The printed inductor board prints the inductor traces directly on the PCB board, simplifying assembly. There is an AGC circuit on the board to ensure comfortable listening, and the squelch function avoids long-term noise. The PCB board size is 9.2*7.5cm, and a 97*40*100mm aluminum chassis can be used.

Main parameters: Power supply: DC 9-12V Antenna: 50 ohms, unbalanced Typical receiving current: 30mA Receiving frequency: 118MHz-136MHz Working mode: AM Intermediate frequency: 10.7 MHz (ceramic filter selection) Sensitivity: ≤0.5μV PCB board size: 92mm*75mm

Tip: Since the VHF band is similar to the propagation of light -- straight line propagation, if the receiving location is not obstructed but far away from the airport (greater than 25 km), please be sure to install a high-gain antenna such as a VHF Yagi antenna; if there are large obstacles between the receiving location and the airport (including but not limited to high-rise buildings, mountains, and giant towers), please avoid the obstacles.
