Product is great but delivery was very bad. It didn't come on time and I was informed that it could take up to a month longer than initially estimated! Then I complained to the delivery company on my end and they managed to sort it out quickly so I received the item a few days later than the initial estimated delivery date. Coolbe offered me a 15% discount on my next order as a compensation! That's not a compensation, that's a cheeky way of getting another sale from me! Hello I can't reach anyone, my order got stolen because the transporter left it sticking out of mailbox at busy street. transporter Dragonfly accepted the complaint but I had to inform Joom which is impossible....
