Communication with Joom customer service seems to be one-way. One sends a message via a form and does not receive confirmation that they have received the message. I am attaching a copy of the message I sent to those below in case they read reviews instead!!! "I have sent you a message on 2024-09-06 but have not yet received a reply from you! How long will it take for you to reply? I have received the wrong product delivered. I have ordered № LGPQP3JX Black, Galaxy S10 Plus, 1pc but I have received one with blue color!! This watch case is amazing!! 🤍 I have been buying numerous glass screens protectors but in a moment of not paying attention, I was either smashing the glasses and kicking them so hard they would fall off the screen. I bought it for my partner as the old one starting getting swet in when working out, so I went for a different style. It is so good, that I would not even consider going back to glass protectors!! Not only it's extremely practical and durable, but it also covers all the sides of the watch, not just the screen! I don't have to worry about potentially breaking my watch anymore!! I've got 100% confidence in this cover now to keep my watch intact. The cover does not affect the screen touch whatsoever, and still allows normal use of all its buttons. Hi Joom, I ordered the earphone after I saw it on Joom's site. I received the shipment (order 4PL6YXL2) promptly and was very satisfied after using it. Immediately I ordered a 2nd pair (order 3JNG3LG6) for my wife and i am still waiting for it. The problem is that today the 1st pair, the right earphone, started to make disturbing noises making it impossible to use it so I am forced to use only the left earphone and am very upset. In the past years', i purchased many times Bluetooth earphones of different types but none of them was of good quality (sound quality and/or battery life etc.,) and I had to throw them. When received the recent set, I was very pleased and happy to have a good quality earphones until I lost the right side. Please advise what can be done to solve the problem? Thank you, Arieh Lees

I received the pin only, without the cable (!). So,this is useless for me and I want to send it back. If you examine my order's history, you would find out that I sent msgs saying that I was interested for a 2m long supply cable, otherwise I would like to cancel my order.. Unfortunately I haven't receive any answer.. And today I received ONLY this useless pin! Please inform me, if you can send to me the supply cable, otherwise I feel that someone of your company was not fair with me and my order. I'm very sorry and very angry..

We have 2 of these blue and red , watch out to notice there is a protective cellophane cover on the back black plexo glass strip . I say this as we accidently missed this and stuck the stand finger ring to it instead of the phone and my partner loslhis unfortunately wouldn't stick back on . But mine has a bit of glue solved the problem , the cases them self's are the best we've had ! They are light bright comfterple and rounded it's like owning a new phone

Delivery 2023/04/07 — 2023/05/19, trackable. The headphones were packed in a tiny plastic zip-bag and the foamed plastic post envelope. All came safe. The sound is perfect! Wearing is comfortable and it is easy to forget to take them out! :-) So I am hardly recommending this model and the seller! PS: I've bought such headphones (of black color) a couple months ago, and I am satisfied with them. Also I am waiting for the red ones, ordered the same day.
