Worst scam ever. Advertise smartwatch, send little plastic patch in the shape of a smartwatch screen protector, but made of plastic so thin, you can literally stick your finger through it. Claim it's worth €12. Even worse than that, I contacted the helpdesk before it was sent. Got told it's too late, have to wait for it to arrive, then send it back. Newsflash, sending it back costs you even more money you will never see again. Don't buy anything from this app. It's not a question of IF you're gonna get scammed. You will. Just throw your money out a window. Same result, just less work and stress. The only Chinese company that doesn't F you over too much, is AliExpress. You will still get scammed sometimes, but at least you get something worthwhile every now and then. The rest of them is just one scam after another. Tried Alibaba, bought two items, got scammed twice. Tried Temu. The times you actually get something, it's such bad quality, you might as well have been scammed. Tried so many, all a waste of money. They literally lie to your face about what they're selling, and if you complain afterwards, they just say what did you expect for that price. Well for €12 I definitely did not expect two circular pieces of sandwich wrapper plastic!!! Not to mention the weeks you have to wait to get scammed!! I'm done with China. Thanks for nothing

I have been waiting for a month for a fake Zwilling chopping board that is damaged upon arrival. In the progress of getting a return and refund. Clearly said it is a Zwilling chopping board, but arrived a chinese brand and everything in Chinese, but it is poor quality, already came in indented/chipped, and the colours are also very different from the picture. A complete waste of time and money. After submitting the return and refund twice, Joom does not email or the system does not show any information about i have submitted a return and refund, so i hope when they see this review, they could follow up.

The printer works as expected. I've successfully tested it with two Android phones - HereLabel app and a fiscal app printing receipts. RawBT works too with CPCL driver. Also tested on Windows 10 and Linux - installed successfully on both OSes, works as expected. The only "problem" I've experienced is impossibility to change the printer screen/menu language. Looks like installed firmware is locked on Chinese and there is no menu option to change the language. However this does not prevent the printer from being connected and used and overall experience with the product is very good 👍

A beautiful, functional device, complete with a smart part and a scented bottle. The device connected easily using the MiHome app, opening up a wide range of settings and automations. For Home Assistant fans, I'll say this: it integrates perfectly to the smart home server. Great price, thanks to the seller. I've been searching for this device with delivery to my country for a long time. Shipping wasn't possible or very expensive on AliExpress, Alibaba, or Temu. Hooray, Joom helped me out! I recommend the product, the seller, and the Joom marketplace! Five stars! Thank you :)

One cannot see the length of delivery while placing the order. After i made payment, realised it would take over 20 days. I tried to cancel it. I was told it is impossible. i can get refund only if I don't receive the oder in 85 days. Well, I had to wait as there were nothing i could do. The order was placed on 15 March and eventually arrived today 8 April. I have only got the product and cannot review the product, but something important to note: the user manual is in Chinese, if you don't read Chinese. now the machine stopped working with error message E4. I

Hello, The scale powers on and measures weight correctly, but the Bluetooth function does not work. I tested it with two different phones (an iPhone and an Android device). Neither phone can detect the scale through the PICOOC app or via Bluetooth. I also tried scanning the QR code on the bottom of the scale, but it is not recognized by the app. Since Bluetooth connectivity and app synchronization are advertised features of this product, I would like to request either a replacement unit or a refund. Thank you.

Even though delivery took 10+ days, the cooker didn't disappoint me. Bought it for steel inner pot; Inner pot is of 4 litre capacity and made of steel with 316 stamping and heavier than my old aluminium pot. Works fine. Cons: Adapter provided isn't suitable for germany, so i had to buy an adapter separately. And there is no switch to turn off the power to the cooker, so every time I need to unplug from the socket after rice is done and when not in use.

I love this product so much! I regularly visit China and the water over there absolutely destroys my skin and I end up with horrendous breakouts. I tried everything, all my usual products that helped with breakouts but nothing worked, then I found sample sizes of this in KKV and it started making a noticeable difference after the first use. Couldn’t find a full size anywhere, then I remembered joom has EVERYTHING! Life saver, thank you!
