So it's getting nicer and better with Joom. Now you have to unpack every item you receive with a running video IF something is broken that you have right on video. The video should also be in one piece, which is then much too big to send. Highly complicated. Neither a complaint with photos, nor an exchange, nor a return works here, because it looks like you have to pay extra for them yourself, catastrophe. Joom used to be really better, this makes no sense at all. I understand Joom who probably won't see a dime from the seller if something is wrong, but that shouldn't be done at the expense of the customer. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that everything will be fine when it comes, because otherwise you can't refund it without a video, let alone exchange it. Photos of the defective item will not be accepted!!!

Very thick fishing line sewn to the edge of the hat cannot be tamed and deforms the hat. Will try to get it in shape under heat. The color is very nice, the workmanship is completely fine. Sweating is inevitable underneath

The wrong color was delivered. Please inform us as soon as possible how we can return the item and when you will refund the payment.. Ordered Beige and received Khaki.

I ordered a straw boater. It arrived in poor packaging and the rim was crumpled. I was extremely disappointed. I would like a refund and will never order from this company again.

The last couple of garments were size was medium but it was like a sack on me it might be worth looking in to other countries sizes sometimes they feel like seconds

Great, I'm thrilled, very creative, metal wires are processed, so that the hat takes on the right shape again and again in seconds.

I received the goods deformed, I want to withdraw from the contract and return them. No possibility to return the goods, no return form. No contact.
