I made an order for over 100 PLN, the package did not arrive because the label did not include the house or apartment number. The website shows that the package was delivered, so I am not entitled to a guarantee, and the post office said that the package was returned to the sender. I received an SMS with the code needed for collection, but the package did not arrive and I did not provide this code, I just do not know why the status is "delivered". I wrote an email to the logistics department, no response so far.

It is really ugly, the color is very different from the one received it is not that beautiful blue violet color that looked like in the photo, I wanted to combine it with the tanzanite thread ... I didn't expect anything crazy but I'm very disappointed. The sparkle is just a strip glued on the earring, and it comes off (see video). Size wise, they are very big, I didn't think they would be this big. I do not recommend

They took very little time to arrive. They are very pretty and elegant and they liked them a lot. They are very delicate and for that reason they should have come better protected and with a little box to store them for that reason I give it 4 stars and the delivery is just ok.

In reality, these earrings are much more orange than in the picture, which I personally like very much. They have a nice, comfortable weight and are easy to put on and take off again
