Very disappointed with the blue leggings purchased in large size 3XL, received this morning with the mail carrier...I tried them on: in the crotch they don't suit me at all...I can't put them on completely!!! So your sizes fit MUCH MUCH TOO SMALL 🙄🙄☹️☹️😤😤😤😡😡😡 the legs are missing about 10/20cm longer in length... plus the size label inside the leggings was torn seen that there is no label for the size ... and we can see that it was torn since the fibers are missing. Although on the bag the label indicates 3XL. But it must be XL, it has to be. So I don't know how should I do to return this small parcel to you ??? And be reimbursed as soon as possible ??. Big problem: I order a white dress and get a blue floral jumpsuit instead. Nothing to see. I was looking forward to this dress. Very disapointed. Dissatisfied with the seller. I will not send back because of the shipping costs, but I wasted money for nothing because I will not make this jumpsuit, and besides, I really wanted this white dress! I wrote to Joom to express my dissatisfaction and they reimbursed me fairly quickly. I don't have the dress, but they were correct in seeking a solution: reimbursement of the price of the dress.

I regret it very much, but I have to give yak a low grade. Although the shoes are beautiful, comfortable, stylish and in the perfect size, they are damaged, or more precisely, burned☹️☹️☹️ I have black ones and I wanted to have another one because they are really super comfortable. You can fly all day in them, even in hot ones, and the foot is not tired and sweaty. However, after opening the package, I felt the burning smell and noticed the burned hole. The burn must have occurred before shipment because a bill of lading was stuck on the hole. Pity.

I ordered in blue, unfortunately I received a very dark blue, a pity, because I needed exactly the blue for an occasion that I actually ordered. The dress itself is beautiful, I hope it will be comfortable if you wear it for a long time and not just to try it out. At 160cm it's a bit too long, I'll sew in the upper fabric to shorten it. The size fits perfectly if you buy by the chart. If you have a little more waist, you should order a size larger. I am very happy with this cut

Very high quality shoes. A properly glued sole, sensational sewn material - all this makes the shoes look much more expensive than they really were. The decorative pendant is made of metal, which makes it softly ring when walking. The standard Chinese size, for 39, is a bit too tight and it's a pity that I didn't order 40, but you can wear them. Maybe they will crash. Besides, I would rate the shoes as very comfortable. I recommend!

I would like to get in touch so I can return this product I ALREADY explained it as soon as I asked for it, I realized it was a rain boot, that's not what I WANTED FORGIVENESS!!!! I HOPE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT MORE BOOTS BUT LEATHER... THANKS I don't open the package........... I have already sent the package, I am waiting for a response, but I have had to pay more than 10E in the post office, the truth is that asking for this does not come out, it is very expensive
