Very disappointed I was supposed to have received my order on and no later than 27 of June. It says delivered but I have not received my order, nor did I receive any notification - where is it and why have I not received it? If I don't receive my goods by the end of the week I expect a valid explanation and a total refund

I ordered 2 blue framed 1.5 x glasses. Absolute waste of time both turned up unusable and broken. Frame was broken at bottom and glass had fallen out (see picture). Do not purchase!! Save your money and go elsewhere.

The order arrived well packaged, the glasses are for my father I hope he likes them. They are very beautiful. I think it's already the 4th or 5th pair, for such money they are super.

The glasses arrived with a broken temple, impossible to use. I don’t know at what stage it was broken, but the delivery took a very long time.
