Nem a rendelésben szereplő 4XL-es, hanem 3XL-es méretet küldtek. Az XXXL méret kicsi. Mellbőségét kívül mérve gombtól gomblyukig 125 cm-nek találtam, amely a méretek leírásánál nem is 3XL-nek, hanem csak 2XL-nek felel meg. Egy 4XL-es kabát, ha megfelel a méret szabályos paramétereinek, jó lehet. A minőség értékelését nehezíti, hogy a cimkén csak kínaiul szerepel az összetétel, de amúgy jó minőségűnek látszik, megajánlottam a 4 csillagot. 2026.01.07. (email), 2026.01.09. I went to another site and bought other similar shoes. In the evening, I read in my email that you are going to send me the shoes (NO ONE WARNED ME IT WAS TWO PAIRS). I was happy, because I like the shoes and, despite having ordered others from another store, specifically from TEMU, I didn't mind and allowed the shipment to proceed. You kept writing to me many times warning me that they were already on their way, that they had crossed the border, that they were in customs, that they were in Spain, (IT IS AT THAT MOMENT WHEN TWO PAIRS APPEAR IN THE IMAGE) I wrote to you not to even think about sending me two pairs, but of course, they were already here) the messages continued and with THE TWO PAIRS, that they were arriving at the Post Office, that they were about to arrive at my house... Wellllll!!! The ones from TEMU arrived. I am wearing them. And finally yesterday I received yours. TWO PAIRS. I absolutely do not accept the two pairs. What do I want two identical pairs for? I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an EU size 38 expecting it to match the standard EU 38 fit, but the item was significantly different and did not fit as expected. The sizing information provided on the website was inaccurate or insufficient, which resulted in an unsuitable purchase. When I contacted customer support, I sent three separate messages, including photos with detailed measurements to demonstrate the sizing issue. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked to provide the same photos again. Eventually, I received a response stating that they had not seen any proof that the size was incorrect and my request for compensation was rejected.. The most frustrating part was not just the sizing issue, but the way my complaint was handled. I made every effort to provide the requested evidence, yet it appeared that it was either not reviewed properly or simply disregarded. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this site. If you decide to order, be aware that the listed EU sizes may not correspond to standard sizing, and resolving any issues with customer support may be difficult.

The shoes came completely wrong I didn't order that. I made a return and I don't have to send the shoes back but keep them and get my money back. That was correct from the seller because it was wrong on his part and he did that well
