Naftochem P1 Vacuum Pump Oil 4 Mineral Oil For Rotary Pumps

NAFTOCHEM P1 Vacuum Pump Oil 4 kg for rotary vacuum pumps

NAFTOCHEM P1 Vacuum Pump Oil 4 kg is a mineral oil intended for filling rotary vacuum pumps. The product is obtained from high-quality mineral oil through distillation under high vacuum conditions, which removes volatile fractions and reduces saturated vapor pressure to the level required for vacuum pumps.

P1 oil is suitable for applications where stable pump operation, adequate lubrication, and maintaining vacuum parameters in devices operating in industrial, service, and technological conditions are important.

Applications of NAFTOCHEM P1 Oil

P1 vacuum pump oil is used for filling rotary vacuum pumps. According to the manufacturer, the production technology and oil properties are agreed with specialists from the TERPO Vacuum Technology Plant in Koszalin.

The product is recommended for use in rotary vacuum pumps manufactured by this plant, as well as in other pumps of the same type. It can be used in systems where low saturated vapor pressure, good thermo-oxidative stability, and compatibility with the materials and seals of lubricated vacuum pump components are important.

What distinguishes NAFTOCHEM P1 Vacuum Pump Oil

The most important feature of P1 oil is the method of its production. High-vacuum distillation produces a mineral oil free of volatile fractions, which is directly relevant to the operation of rotary vacuum pumps.

The product is characterized by low saturated vapor pressure, very low evaporation in the Noack test, good thermo-oxidative properties, and compatibility with materials and seals used in lubricated vacuum pump components.

When to choose P1 oil for a vacuum pump

NAFTOCHEM P1 oil is worth choosing when you need a mineral oil for a rotary vacuum pump, and proper lubrication, limited evaporation, and maintaining the pump's operating parameters are crucial. The 4 kg packaging is a practical choice for service, maintenance, and regular operation of vacuum equipment.

What to pay attention to before use

Before using the oil, make sure that the product complies with the requirements of the vacuum pump manufacturer. The oil should be stored in a way that protects it from water, moisture and mechanical contamination, because the purity of the lubricant is important for the proper operation of the vacuum system.
