Gray MS Polymer Adhesive Set for the Elastic Bonding of Many Materials

WEICON Green Tube Flex 310 M Classic is a set with a gray MS Polymer-based adhesive for applications where a durable bond, flexible joints, and easy application in the Green Tube system are essential. This local variant is available under the number 10104388 and the code EAN 4024596690434.

Its main feature is a complete application set with an empty tube, three foil inserts, nozzles, and an instruction manual.

WEICON Flex 310 M Classic is an elastic MS Polymer-based adhesive. It is free of silicones, isocyanates, halogens, and solvents. The product is also ISEGA-approved for use as an adhesive in the food processing sector.

Applications of WEICON Green Tube Flex 310 M Classic

WEICON Flex 310 M Classic is designed for bonding metals, many plastics, ceramics, glass, and stone. It is a good choice for assembly, service, and production work wherever the joint must remain flexible and resistant to operating conditions.

The gray variant is particularly suitable for metal components, housings, covers, profiles, panels, and construction details, where a neutral joint looks more natural than white or black. The manufacturer also indicates applications in the construction of containers and devices, containers, bodywork and vehicles, ship, yacht and boat construction, air conditioning and ventilation systems, and in the energy and electrical industry.

What's included in the set?

1 x empty Green Tube Flex 310 M tube

3 x 280 ml foil insert with Flex 310 M Classic gray adhesive

6 x transparent nozzle with clip

1 x user manual

In this variant, the Green Tube is empty and acts as an applicator. The actual adhesive is contained in three 280 ml foil cartridges.

What distinguishes WEICON Green Tube Flex 310 M Classic

The most important advantage of this product is the combination of proven MS Polymer adhesive with the convenient Green Tube application system. The user receives a ready-to-use set: an empty reusable tube, a refill of adhesive, a set of nozzles, and instructions.

The gray variant produces a neutral, technical weld effect. This is important wherever the joint must be not only durable but also visually harmonious with metal, aluminum, galvanized, or other neutral-colored components.

How the Green Tube System Works

The Green Tube System is designed for use with foil cartridges. After preparation, the cartridge is placed in the empty tube, the tip of the foil package is cut off below the clip, the nozzle with the clip is attached, and the tube is inserted into the extrusion gun.

Once the cartridge is empty, the empty tube can be reused with another cartridge.

This solution is practical for everyday use and also helps reduce the amount of plastic compared to traditional cartridges, which the manufacturer states for the Green Tube system.

When to choose the gray variant

The gray variant is a good choice when you want a flexible joint and a neutral color. This is especially true for housings, covers, structures, vehicle components, and applications where a white joint would be too light and a black one too contrasting.

What to pay attention to before use

This is not a single adhesive cartridge, but a set with an empty tube and foil inserts. Before use, it is worth ensuring that this format is suitable for your process and that you have a standard extrusion gun designed for the Green Tube system.

Surfaces should be clean, dry, and degreased before application. In more demanding applications, it is worth performing a test on the target material, especially when the aesthetics of the weld and the repeatability of the effect are important.
