Hello, In this order, on the website, I had selected 5 cotton t-shirts. Unfortunately, upon delivery, out of the 5, only 2 t-shirts were made of cotton.. Furthermore, of the 2 cotton t-shirts, 1 was cut really too short; it does not match the dimensions indicated on the site.. I am largely disappointed with this order. I was supposed to place other orders but I'm questioning it. Especially if, with every order, the items don't match.. Could you give me some feedback to convince me to stay on this site "JOOM"? Let's get a little serious ! Cordially,

I hereby wish to lodge a complaint regarding the product received. The quality is extremely poor, with no care whatsoever in the finishing, and it is full of loose threads. Furthermore, the size does not correspond at all to what was described. The top is so small that it wouldn't even fit a 3-year-old, despite having been ordered in the size for 6 years (110).. I consider that the product does not fulfill what was advertised, therefore I request the resolution of this situation as soon as possible.

The quality of this t-shirt is excellent, but the size doesn't quite match here. I ordered according to the size chart, but it turned out a little larger. You can safely order a size smaller from this company. I normally wear size M. Here I ordered XXL because I was based on the information there, but that was a mistake. The delivery time is okay. But I will still wear it because it looks very nice.

I like the blouse. It's even better because it has some cotton in it. My chest is 122 cm and it actually fits. * Only if you are a little chubby with a small belly you should order 1 size larger, if you have one * Then it will be loose. No strange smell, everything was good! Please hand wash! I can recommend the blouse. But I think it would be better to order 1 size larger so that it fits loosely. LG Christiane 19.6.2024

GOOD MORNING, Gentlemen, I am disappointed by the quality and the stitching of the product you sent me, please send me the return slip because I cannot wear this polo. In addition, compare the offer you see on the internet, it is 100% Cotton as well as the collar and the pocket, all differ yours sent is synthetic which bin Try to send me my scale ordered from you, but don't cheat.

Too short for tall women over 178 cm tall. Color is just red, but after washing in the care program at 30 degrees....the color is a coded pig pink, or even better a batik pattern with red and pig pink and the material...well, that's how it works Looks like a dyed linen rag sack, XXXL is way too big and way too short. Oh and after washing? A top rag with ruffles. Not recommended at all.

The customer service is deplorable, they never respond, only for payment is it lamentable and they are stubborn, they are wrong but insist. !!!!!!!! Don't trust them they are totally dishonest and try to make you look crazy by pretending to have answered you but that you didn't see it whereas the payment ones I received so I am not stupid !!!!!
