Buna ziua, Am plasat in data de 12 martie 2026 comanda care este descrisa in imaginea de mai sus si am primit un plic gol cu dimensiunea de aprox. 10 x 15 cm., asa cum se poate vedea si in foto pe care le-am anexat. Deci, am platit 214,30 RON pentru un plic gol. Astept un punct de vedere inainte de a declansa toate procedurile legale la dispozitie. Nu este vorba despre suma, desi nici aceasta nu este neglijabila, ci despre aspectul de inselaciune. So, I paid 214.30 RON for an empty envelope. I am waiting for a point of view before initiating all legal procedures available. Produit correct, je mets 5 étoiles pour rassurer les autres. Malgré le fait qu'il ait mit plus d'un mois à arriver (normal pour un colis chinois), j'ai été étonné de voir à quel point la coque du boîtier de clé est qualitative et conforme à la description, légèrement même au dessus de mes attentes. En fait ce sont 4 pièces, deux en métal qui servent de contour et deux en simili cuir qui font office de faces qui entourent la coque existante (la mienne était une vieille coque de BMW serie 1 F20 de 2014 pas très belle) et ça demande un minimum de manuel pour l'assembler (surtout qu'il n'y a pas d'instructions mais en vrai on s'en passe) et puis le résultat comme vous pouvez voir en photo passe vraiment bien. En plus avec ça on a une multitude de cercles de porte clés qu'on peut ajouter à notre guise, moi je me suis contenté du setup de base. Bref ce n'est pas du BMW officiel mais franchement ça fait le boulot, je suis content

I do not understand why European parts supplier do nor carry certain Items for a 18 year old car .I guess the producing Car industries have written off an 18 year old SUV , and if you do find any Parts for that at the European market ,then those parts cost you an Arm and a leg, and guess where doas Parts come from , you guessed it, so what i am saying is , the European industry buys also in bulk at a very low price , and after selling it all over Europa. And that is sad ' they sell you a new SUV put they parts department have not that style of Collant hoses , or they have to order it in guess from where?? You got it .So the only way to get around this money increase strategies, buy from places like JOOM they got the parts you need at a fair price ,without the middleman. I am just a Customer and that is my sole opinion. THANK YOU .

One star is generous. After waiting for my order to arrive, I opened the package to discover that the seller had apparently confused "shipping a product" with "shipping packaging." The entire contents consisted of a thin plastic smiley-face carrier bag with the words "Have A Nice Day" printed on it. No item. No explanation. Just a bag. The customs declaration shows a total weight of approximately 20 grams, which strongly suggests the parcel was sent exactly as received: empty. If your goal is to purchase a plastic bag from Hong Kong for the price of an actual product, then this seller is exceptional. If your goal is to receive what you paid for, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Refund demanded.

Déçu ! La présentation ambiguë du produit sur la photo et de la description associée (BMW MINI R55/R56 Motif Fibre de Carbone Panneau de Garnit... ) laisse à penser que vous vendez les piliers de pare brise de gauche et de droite . Or c'est au niveau du bon de commande que vous dévoilez la réalité en précisant que vous ne vendez que la gauche (certes je n'ai pas vérifié le bon de commande, trop de confiance à priori ERREUR). A aucun moment dans la présentation vous indiquez que le pilier droit n'est pas commercialisé sur votre site. Pas très loyal !!!!! C'était un premier achat, se sera très certainement le dernier. The product was delivered this morning, 14.11.25, but does not fit the key for my Jaguar XF, it is for a Jaguar but not my key, the case is too narrow and not deep enough. See photos below, the product is back in its case and undamaged. Please advise on your suggested coarse of action I am trying to get a refund but cannot contact the help centre, see my complaint above. I have posted this review and yet no one is responding to me. The website refers you to a Help Centre contact button to the right of the screen which doesn't exist. Can someone in Joom take ownership for this complaint and at least acknowledge this message?

O produto não dá no mercedes c220 cdi w203, porque não tem as patilhas em plastico, é completamente liso, ou seja, depois de encaixado e tudo pronto, quando se levanta para colocar a marcha atrás (como não tem as patilhas no interior, não encaixa no chanfre do ferro das mudanças, então ao levantar para colocar a marcha atrás sai tudo. Não sabia disto, porque acabei por mandar 30 e tal euros para o lixo, o problema é não terem fotos dos prdutos como deve ser, daí levar as pessoas ao engano
