Unfortunately, I never received the boots, nor did I receive a refund.. The attempt at a complaint was a complete disaster. After I finally found the opportunity here after 3 days to contact support…. They wanted everything written and photographed 10x, what was missing, and after that there was never any reaction again.. First and last order for me via this platform

Sorry, but this is just paper-thin polyester and has nothing to do with the original showcase image. I am disappointed. I was so looking forward to it. This is louder advertising and NOT to be recommended further. Then, for the price, one can expect something decent. Period.

The product I received is a bag and not a rigid structure as the photo shows. The listing is misleading. Furthermore, if I have to make a return, I have to ship it at my own expense to China.. It's blatantly a rip-off.

Hello, I am very disappointed with the order. The shoe has a very bad sole (very flexible) which will not last. I regret my purchase and hope to have a commercial discount.

One shoe was about half a size okay, the left shoe was 2 sizes smaller, unfortunately I cannot wear the shoes. Price does not correspond to this quality. Do not buy the shoes.
